- Set a clear goal: explain to the practice why it needs a formal strategic marketing plan.
- Talk about the competition right now: The plan is based on the fact that Mercy Sanitarium provides all of the services needed.

- Use digital tools like Google Ads, social media, and reviews from patients online.

Subject: Adopting a Formal Marketing Plan – Proposal
Understandably, a formal marketing approach for well-established health services may feel gratuitous. As our association has had no factual competition in its history, there was no need for expansive advertising and outreach. Still, with amendments underway at Mercy Sanitarium, cases will have the option to have all their care under one roof, which is a service that we cannot contend with. It would serve the association well to, at minimum, consider my offer for a formal and strategic marketing plan.
Benefits to Health Care Marketing
Marketing orthopedic services would allow us to increase our case connections and nurture connections we’ve formerly established. Successful healthcare marketing leads to successful case engagement, leading to a thriving practice (Williams, 2020). When cases are given a choice to get their goods or services in more than one place, they will opt for the stylish price and convenience. Mercy’s addition of a recovery center offers cases a great deal of convenience (Thomas, 2015). Still, they may choose to have their ortho services there as well if they’ve multiple movables with providers at the sanitarium. Our association must set our services piecemeal, and that can be done with social and digital marketing.
Marketing Strategies
I’m proposing that we borrow an aggressive digital and social marketing strategy. By getting the association’s name and services out into the public eye on a social platform, we can cast a wider net to reach further cases. We can apply one practice incontinently by asking cases to fill out satisfaction checks that can be anatomized for online viewing and asking cases to review our practice on our website after their visit.
At the same time, this may feel like a lot to ask of our patient population; having this data available to the public will potentially increase our patient population. Digital marketing and advertising will put the association at the top of a Google or other search engine hunt. Paying for Google advertising will help with our brand mindfulness. Research has given us a lot of patience into cases’ conduct before they come in to see us (Williams, 2020).
BUS FPX 4124 Assessment 2 Proposal to Adopt a Formal Strategic Marketing Plan
- 88% of new patient visits start with an internet hunt.
- 48% of cases search the internet first before making movables.
Prospective cases are more likely to make an appointment at an association with a good character, and 85% are likely to choose an association that uses modernized technology (Williams, 2020). For healthcare associations to be significant at the moment’s request, they must acclimatize to a further digital world. Engaging cases through digital marketing strategies will give our association an edge over Mercy Sanitarium if we push to get our names out in the public eye.
