The intended modifications to Haven Healthcare Center’s instructional technologies are intended to completely transform the way nursing education is provided and experienced. Firstly, consideration is being given to the implementation of an advanced e-learning platform equipped with cutting-edge features tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of nursing staff. This platform will offer personalized learning pathways, interactive learning modules, and real-time performance tracking capabilities. Nurses will have access to a vast repository of educational resources, including virtual simulations, multimedia presentations, and case studies, enabling engagement in self-paced learning and enhancement of clinical knowledge and skills.

Secondly, exploration is underway for the integration of immersive simulation technology into training programs to provide nurses with hands-on practice in realistic clinical scenarios. This technology will simulate a wide range of patient care situations, from routine procedures to complex medical emergencies, allowing nurses to develop critical thinking abilities and decision-making skills. 

How Technology Changes can Support Organization’s Mission

Nurse Educators’ Role in Technology Implementation 

Nurses responsibilities encompass various crucial actions aimed at ensuring a seamless and successful integration of technology into nursing education programs (Nes et al., 2021).
